I like Brickell it suits my shin. It's a little pricey but ok with the 40% discount. I hate that I have to buy from Germany and the site is in German and keeps changing back. The discount codes never work forcing you to have to email screenshots etc. Gets very tiresome. Don't like there is no contact number. I haven't been able to contact anyone for two weeks now. Not one response to the several emails I've sent. Not a happy customer. I'll be changing my skincare to another make as not happy with customer service at all. If they can't be bothered with their customer why should we bother with them. There are plenty of other natural skincare products on the market.

Pros:
  • Nice skin care
Cons:
  • Too pricey
  • No customer services

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution

User's recommendation: BEWARE do not contact customer services. If it something they don't like you are alienated and on your own.

Product is falsely advertised. NOT suitable for all skin types.

I received this product as part of the company's sampler kit, and was looking forward to trying everything. Upon receiving the package a few days ago, I immediately wanted to try the anti-aging cream, and eye balm. Mind you, this is after reading the instructions included, and having it state that these products are suitable for ALL skin types. I began to notice some burning that gradually became more intense. When it started to get a bit excessive, I looked in the mirror, and noticed that my face was just completely raw. Red from neck to forehead, and everything in between. My skin also burned to the touch as the pain started to increase. I promptly washed the product off as best as I could, and applied a generous amount of aloe (not from them). In the morning the red was even worse. Irritated, painful to the touch, and dry. I spent the morning applying hydro cortisone, and decided to contact the company. I simply sent them a message on Facebook, wondering if maybe my skin was too sensitive for the product, and if they had any advice. Well, my response was promptly read, but no answer. "Okay", I thought. It doesn't mean they won't respond. Hours pass, and nothing. I'm beginning to feel irritated, and told them that I was going to give honest feedback until I received a response. I received a response IMMEDIATELY after this, with a very stock response: "We are sorry you had a bad reaction. Discontinue all products". That's it. I gave one more reply, and was ignored once again. Mind you, I don't have allergies, and this has nothing to do with the scents in the products (as they often claim to customers complaining of the same thing). I mean, their face wash, and shampoo also have scents... why am I not getting a reaction to those? Why am I not getting a reaction to other products I use with scents? No, the fact of the matter is: They are not being honest with their products. The anti-aging cream, eye balm, and night serum (at the very least) are not suitable for sensitive skin. Period. They say nothing about this on their website, or ads. All reviews I've made (within their power) have been promptly deleted by them. So basically, you have a company claiming a product is safe for everyone, deleting comments that say it isn't, and only keeping the positive feedback (I've had several reviews deleted on Facebook and Instagram, and their own website). *** I don't even see their ads on Facebook anymore, so I'm assuming I was blocked). Again: I was initially just looking for advice, but their knee-jerk reaction was to be aloof, shady as *** and ultimately brush me under the rug. I was floored. Basically, I've had a product damage my face, and then when seeking advice from the company, was met with a "get lost" mentality. Do not take their positive reviews at face value. Look at the negative Amazon reviews that question the 5-Star ones. Look at the amount of people that claim this made their skin WORSE. Look up review metas that find many reviews don't seem real. Also, how many reviews like mine have they deleted? The fact that they won't address this issue, and just delete everything speaks volumes about them as a company. Bottom line: Approach with EXTREME caution. This is a shady company. No reputable company acts this sketchy at the slightest hint of a problem.
